Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Tronify (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Tronify (“the Company”
Description of the Service Tronify is an AI-powered multilingual communication tool integrated with the LINE platform. The Service includes—but is not limited to—the following features: 2.1 AI Plan (Personal AI Assistant) A subscription-based AI assistant available through private chat on LINE, powered by OpenAI language models. 2.2 Group Translator Plan A multilingual translation tool for LINE group chats. A group gains access only during: ● a valid free trial period (the duration and quota may change over time), or ● an active paid subscription cycle (daily or monthly). The translation service supports multiple language commands such as /id, /en, /zh, /jp, /th, /ph, /vt, and more. 2.3 Voice Translator (Future Feature) A bidirectional voice translation system consisting of: ● Speech-to-Text (STT) ● Language Translation ● Text-to-Speech (TTS) This feature may be activated for subscribed users when launched.
Eligibility To use the Service, you must: ● have a valid LINE account; ● comply with LINE’s Terms of Service; ● be at least 13 years old (or minimum age required in your region); ● use the Service in accordance with applicable local laws. The Company reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its discretion.
Subscription, Access, and Payments 4.1 Subscription Types Tronify offers two primary subscription types: ● AI Plan — subscription tied to an individual LINE user. ● Group Translator Plan — subscription tied to a specific LINE group (group ID). Subscription access is non-transferable. 4.2 Free Trials Tronify may provide free trial access to new users or groups. The availability, duration, and conditions of free trials may change without prior notice. Receiving multiple trials by circumventing system rules is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Paid Access Paid subscription grants temporary access to the Service for the purchased billing cycle, such as: ● Daily Plan (per group) ● Monthly Plan (per group) ● Monthly AI Plan (per user) Access automatically ends when the subscription period expires. 4.4 Refund Policy Unless required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Tronify does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods. 4.5 Pricing Changes The Company may revise pricing, introduce new plans, or discontinue existing plans at any time. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing.
User Obligations and Acceptable Use You agree NOT to:
misuse, overload, or spam the bot;
bypass subscription authentication or exploit free trials;
attempt to reverse engineer, reconstruct, or analyze system logic, prompts, or APIs;
automate access using unauthorized bots, scrapers, scripts, or tools;
use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm individuals or groups;
engage in activities that violate LINE’s policies or applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Service Availability and Limitations 6.1 Activation Conditions The Group Translator service becomes active only when: ● the group has an active free trial; or ● the group has an active paid subscription. 6.2 Dependency on Third-Party Services Tronify relies on third-party platforms, including: ● LINE Messaging API ● OpenAI API ● Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Heroku, Vercel) ● Payment processors (e.g., LINE Pay or future partners) The Company is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by these providers. 6.3 No Guaranteed Uptime The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees regarding: ● uptime, ● speed, ● accuracy, ● translation quality, ● latency or delivery timing. 6.4 Automatic Removal from Groups Tronify may automatically exit a group chat or restrict services if: ● abuse is detected, ● bot functionality is disrupted by excessive load, ● the group violates LINE’s policies or these Terms. 6.5 Technical Changes The Company may update, replace, or disable functionalities without advance notice.
Intellectual Property Rights All software, content, algorithms, system architecture, designs, trademarks, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of Tronify or its licensors. Users may not copy, replicate, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. Misuse of intellectual property may result in legal action.
Disclaimer of Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tronify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: ● merchantability, ● fitness for a particular purpose, ● non-infringement, ● uninterrupted service, ● accuracy of translation or AI output. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users must independently verify all critical or sensitive information.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: ● Tronify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. ● Tronify is not responsible for losses caused by system outages, API failures, or third-party disruptions. ● The total liability of Tronify, for any claim, is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user during the relevant billing period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the minimum legally permissible limits shall apply.
Suspension and Termination 10.1 Termination by Tronify The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time if: ● suspicious or abusive activity is detected; ● system security is at risk; ● the user violates these Terms; ● required by law or by LINE Corporation. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund. 10.2 Termination by User Users may terminate their usage by removing the bot or canceling their subscription.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C). In the event of a dispute:
both parties shall attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation;
if unresolved, the Taiwan courts shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
